No hacks, bots, or automation
Any tool that changes gameplay, automates play, or gives an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Using cheats, packet tools, memory editors, macros, bots, or automation scripts may result in a permanent ban.
- Sharing, selling, or promoting those tools is treated the same as using them.
- Staff decisions may include account, device, or network restrictions when abuse is confirmed.

No real-money trading
GrandisStory accounts, items, mesos, and services must not be traded for real currency.
- Buying or selling accounts, items, mesos, carries, or services outside approved systems is not allowed.
- Both buyer and seller may be penalized when a real-money trade is confirmed.
- Chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or payment manipulation may lead to account closure.

Report bugs instead of exploiting them
Bugs should be reported through official support channels so they can be fixed quickly.
- Do not use glitches, duplicate items, bypass limits, or repeat unintended reward flows.
- If you find a bug, stop using it and report it to the team through Discord or contact channels.
- Rewards or progress gained through exploit behavior may be removed.

Respect other players
Keep the community safe, readable, and welcoming for repeated daily play.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, targeted abuse, and excessive disruption are not allowed.
- Impersonating other players or spreading false staff instructions is prohibited.
- Use the report channels when conflict cannot be resolved in game.

Account responsibility
You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account.
- Protect your credentials and do not share your password with other players.
- Multi-account abuse, reward farming, and ban evasion may be restricted.
- Staff will never ask for your password.

No staff impersonation
Only official staff accounts and channels may represent GrandisStory operations.
- Do not claim to be a GM, admin, moderator, developer, or official representative.
- Do not use names, avatars, or messages that can mislead players into trusting fake staff authority.
- Suspicious contact should be verified through official Discord channels.

Rule changes
The team may update these rules to keep the server fair and stable.
- Rules may be clarified, added, or changed when server operations require it.
- Major changes are announced through the website or Discord when practical.
- Continuing to play after updates means you accept the current rules.
Acceptance
Creating an account or playing GrandisStory means you agree to follow the current rules and future updates.
